He also handles litigation cases appointed at various High Courts and District Courts related to IP infringement. He has vast experience as working as an IP Associate in esteemed Intellectual Property Law firms. He is an acting counsel for several IP Law firms throughout India.
He has earned for himself a good reputation as a young dynamic Trade Mark Attorney who is also marked for his in depth knowledge and understanding of other IP matters like Industrial Designs and Copyrights. He has proved his merit in plenty of successful Design hearings at the Design Office, Kolkata.
He graduated from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law at IIT Kharagpur and is the member of the Bar Association of Calcutta High Court.
